Our lockers are designed to make sharpening easy. Drop off when it’s convenient for you, and we’ll text you when your order is ready for pickup.
How to Drop Off
- Choose an available locker and complete the order form inside.
- TEXT us ONE photo of your unwrapped items with the completed form to 239-932-5828. This gives you and Cowboy Sharp a record of exactly what you dropped off.
- Place your items and completed form inside the locker.
- Lock the locker and take the key with you.
- That’s it — we’ll take it from here!
We’ll text you when your items are Cowboy Sharp® and ready for pickup.
Most orders are ready within 48 hours.
When Your Order Is Ready
We’ll send you a text letting you know your sharpening is complete.
- Return to the locker and open it with your key.
- Remove your sharpened items.
- Leave the key in the lock for the next customer.
- Place your payment in the red envelope provided and deposit it in the Payment Box, or use the PayPal or Venmo QR code provided in your pickup text.
And you’re done. Enjoy your Cowboy Sharp® edges!
Your Items Are Secure
The Cowboy Sharp® locker area is under video surveillance.
Customer items are not left in the lockers overnight. We regularly collect drop-offs and return completed orders to the lockers for customer pickup.
