Their booth was set up at the Babcock Ranch farmer’s market. They are there the first Sunday of every month. We dropped off 2 of my Japanese chef knives for a little while & they were ready about 20 mins later. The price was very reasonable. Ronnie let us see the equipment he used & explained how it all worked. They were both very knowledgeable about knife care & the best brands, etc. I think my knives are sharper than they were when I first bought them! Been wanting to get my knives sharpened for 5 years, Nothing was ever convenient. I tried various at home sharpeners but nothing worked to my satisfaction. Cowboy Sharp came right to our RV park as a vender. Now that’s convenient! Gave ‘em a try; I had 14 knives and 2 pair of scissors sharpened and they are as good as new.
